PLEASE READ THROUGH THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BEGINNING THE APPLICATION.

 

  • All companies attending EDS are vetted for compliance with the EDS Mission Statement and participation is currently limited to manufacturers of elec­tron­ic com­po­nents, their autho­rized dis­trib­u­tors (50% or more of their lines must be authorized), and inde­pen­dent field sales rep­re­sen­ta­tives. Not all companies qualify for attendance at EDS.
  • EDS is not a traditional trade show. It is a week-long event with pre-arranged meetings in Executive Meeting Rooms and Hotel Meeting Suites, as well as a traditional booth area and common meeting space.
  • Everyone in the event area must be registered and wear their show badge at all times and may only attend meetings to which they are invited.
  • Read all directions carefully and fill in the requested fields as completely as possible to assist the EDS Board of Directors in the decision-making process.
  • Membership status in either ECIA or ERA is subject to verification.
  • Only 1 application per company is required.
